我国建筑工程项目管理从开始研究至应用,已经走过了30多年的时间,在这一阶段中,随着工程实践应用和工程理论研究的不断深入,建筑工程项目管理研究也取得了较大的进步,呈现出一些好的发展前景。首先分析了当前建筑工程项目管理发展新趋势,指出了建筑工程项目管理存在的问题,并提出了解决对策,旨在为我国建筑工程项目管理提供参考。

Construction project management in our country has gone through more than 30 years from the beginning of research to the application. In this stage, with the continuous deepening of engineering practice and engineering theory, the research of construction project management has also made more great progress, showing some good prospects for development. This paper first analyzes the current trend of construction project management development, points out the problems existing in construction project management, and puts forward the solutions, aiming to provide a reference for the construction project management in China.
