摘要
随着我国的城镇化的快速发展,涌现出越来越多的高层住宅,尤其是在一些三四线城市,高层住宅的发展潜力很大。而在实际项目中,发现高层住宅设计在防火技术方面仍需要进一步改进。通过分析高层住宅的发展现状及火灾发生相关问题,探讨高层住宅的防火技术措施。
Since the rapid development of urbanization in our country, we are exposed to more and more high-rise residential design in work, especially for the second-tier or third-tier cities, the development potential of high-rise residential is great.What, s more, in the actual project, high-rise residential design of the fire prevention technology needs further improvement.Through the analysis of high-rise residential development status and fire related issues, and then discuss the fire technical measures of high-rise residential.
