长链非编码RNA在儿童实体肿瘤中的研究现况及进展

长链非编码RNA（Long non-codingRNA，LncRNAs）是一类转录长度超过200个核苷酸且不具有任何编码蛋白质功能的RNA。随着各种研究的深入，ImcRNAs的重要作用逐渐被人们认识，越来越多的实验证明了LncRNAs在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用，其中包括神经母细胞瘤、‘肾母细胞瘤等儿童中常见的实体肿瘤。本文着重讨论目前ImcRNAs在儿童实体肿瘤中的研究进展。

Long non-coding RNAs （LncRNAs） are a class of RNA with a length of at least 200 nt and without protein-coding capacity. It has been reported that lncRNAs plays a crucial role in tumors. Recently, the role of lneRNAs has also been examined for such pediatric solid tumors as neuroblastoma, nephroblastoma and hepatoblastoma. This study aims to summarize the latest studies of lncRNAs.
