摘要
神经母细胞瘤是小儿最常见的颅外实体肿瘤,高危例亟待新的治疗对策。自噬,作为基础的生理现象,是维持细胞稳态的重要机制,也是细胞程序性死亡的机制之一。截至目前,大量研究就自噬在神经母细胞瘤的发生、演化、死亡中所扮演的角色进行了探讨。本文在总结近年来有关于自噬与神经母细胞瘤的国内外研究进展及其潜在的临床价值。
As one of the most common extracranial solid tumors in children,neuroblastoma is in urgent needs for novel treatments. Autophagy, a fundamental physiological process in euraryocyte, is a part of cellular maintenance and programmed cell death. It is of great importance for tumoregenesis. Up to now, the role of autophagy is explored in the development of neuroblastoma. This review summarizes recent researches of the relationship between autophagy and neuroblastoma and its potential clinical value.
