用中国特色社会主义法治理论引领法治体系建设

"没有正确的法治理论引领,就不可能有正确的法治实践"。中国特色社会主义法治体系建设是社会主义法治国家发展的重要实践成果,同时也需要正确的法治理论作为引领,方能确保正确的实践方向。十八届四中全会决定在过去实践的基础上,开创性地提出了中国特色社会主义法治体系的五大组成部分。十九大报告进一步提出要发展中国特色社会主义法治理论。在引领法治实践过程中,中国特色社会主义法治理论首先需要明确自身的指导思想、本质特征、总体目标和根本价值、基本原则与推进方式,进而寻求贯穿法治体系各个组成部分的具体进路,逐步缔造中国法学的新传统,建设法治中国。

Without the guidance of correct rule of law theory, it is impossible to obtain the correct rule of law practice. The construction of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics is an important practical achievement of the development of the socialist nation under the rule of law. At the same time, it also needs the correct rule of law theory as the guide, so as to ensure the correct practice direction. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the five components of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of past practice. The report of the 19th CPC National Congress further proposed the development of the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. In the process of leading the rule of law practice, the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics first needs define its own guiding thoughts, essential feature, overall goal and fundamental value, basic principle, and promotion method, then seeks specific approaches throughout the various components of the rule of law system, creates a new tradition of Chinese law and build the rule of law China.
