摘要
目的分析硫酸镁、酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平对子痫前期孕妇血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和microRNA-26a-5p(miR-26a-5p)的影响,探讨硫酸镁、酚妥拉明、硝苯地平治疗子痫前期的疗效机制。方法选取2015年1月-2016年1月巴中市中心医院收治的子痫前期孕妇69例为观察组;选取同期健康孕妇70例为对照组。两组受试者入组前均抽取静脉血行血清VEGF水平检测,观察血浆miR-26a-5p表达情况。观察组患者采用硫酸镁、酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平进行治疗。比较两组受试者血清VEGF水平、血浆miR-26a-5p表达情况;比较观察组患者治疗前后血清VEGF水平、血浆miR-26a-5p表达情况。结果两组受试者在年龄、体重、身高、体质量指数(BMI)、孕周方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者入组前血清VEGF水平明显低于对照组,血浆miR-26a-5p明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者完成治疗周期后,血清VEGF水平较治疗前明显提高,血浆miR-26a-5p表达较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁、酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平能够改善子痫前期孕妇血清VEGF和血浆miR-26a-5p的表达情况,是治疗子痫前期孕妇的可能机制。
Objective To analyze the effects of magnesium sulfate,phentolamine combined with nifedipine on vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) expression and miR-26 a-5 p in pregnant women with preeclampsia,explore the mechanism of magnesium sulfate,phentolamine,and nifedipine in treatment of preeclampsia. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,69 pregnant women with preeclampsia treated in Bazhong Central Hospital were selected as observation group,and 70 healthy pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum VEGF were detected before grouping,the expression levels of plasma miR-26 a-5 p were observed. The patients in observation group were treated by magnesium sulfate,phentolamine combined with nifedipine. The levels of serum VEGF and expression levels of plasma miR-26 a-5 p in the two groups were compared. In observation group,the levels of serum VEGF and expression levels of plasma miR-26 a-5 p before and after treatment were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in age,weight,height,body mass index( BMI),and gestational weeks between the two groups( P〈0. 05). The level of serum VEGF before grouping in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group,while the level of plasma miR-26 a-5 p before grouping in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0. 05). In observation group,the level of serum VEGF after treatment was statistically significantly higher than that before treatment,while the level of plasma miR-26 a-5 p after treatment was statistically significantly lower than that before treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate,phentolamine combined with nifedipine can improve the expression levels of serum VEGF and plasma miR-26 a-5 p in pregnant women with preeclampsia,which is a probable mechanism in treatment of preeclampsia.
