阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2016年2月-2017年5月邢台市任县医院收治的88例确诊为慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,以就诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗。按要求治疗,疗程结束后观察治疗疗效。结果观察组痊愈率为64.28%,总有效率为90.48%;对照组痊愈率为36.58%,总有效率为68.29%,观察组治疗痊愈率、总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.369、6.269,均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.90%,复发率为9.52%;对照组不良反应发生率为31.71%,复发率为26.83%,观察组不良反应发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.790、4.196,均P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性宫颈炎临床疗效显著,不良反应少,复发率低,是一种临床有效治疗慢性宫颈炎的联合用药方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in treatment of chronic cervicitis,provide a reference basis for clinical treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods From February 2016 to May 2017,88 patients diagnosed as chronic cervicitis were selected from Ren County Hospital,then they were divided into observation group and control group,44 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by azithromycin,and the patients in observation group were treated by azithromycin combined with levofloxacin. The effective rates in the two groups were observed after treatment. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were 64. 28% and 90. 48%,respectively; the cure rate and total effective rate in control group were 36. 58% and68. 29%,respectively. The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ χ2= 6. 369,6. 269,P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate and recurrence rate in observation group were 11. 90% and 9. 52%,respectively; the incidence rate and recurrence rate in control group were 31. 71% and 26. 83%,respectively. The incidence rate and recurrence rate in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group（ χ2= 4. 790,4. 196,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of azithromycin combined with levofloxacin in treatment of chronic cervicitis is significant,the adverse reactions are less,the recurrence rate is low,which is an effective combined medication scheme in treatment of chronic cervicitis.
