摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取120例非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,2组患者均采取相同的化疗方案,观察组在此基础上联合使用参芪扶正注射液,比较2组患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物的变化。结果观察组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均低于治疗前,且低于同期观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的CEA、CA19-9、CYFRA21-1、NSE水平均比治疗前显著降低,且观察组的各指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗可有效保护晚期肺癌患者的免疫功能,并达到显著的抗肿瘤效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function and serum tumor markers in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and two groups of patients were treated with the same chemotherapy,and the observation group used Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy. The changes of immune function and serum tumor markers were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+after treatment in the observation group were compared with that before the treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant( P〈0. 05); after treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the control group were lower than those before treatment,and also lower than those in the observation group at the same time,with the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA19-9,CYFRA21-1 and NSE in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with the difference statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection adjuvant chemotherapy can effectively protect the immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer,and achieve significant anti-tumor effect.
