摘要
目的调查0岁~18岁儿童青少年25-羟维生素D水平,探讨儿童青少年25-羟维生素D水平和贫血的相关性。方法选取2016年10月-2017年4月就本地区就诊的1 452例儿童青少年,对相关指标进行检测分析;并对不同年龄段儿童青少年的25-羟维生素D水平和其血红蛋白的相关性进行探讨。结果该研究人群中25-羟维生素D缺乏的占41.3%,不足的占29.7%,正常的占29.0%。0岁~18岁儿童青少年25-羟维生素D水平随年龄增长有明显的递减趋势,血红蛋白水平随年龄增长有明显的上升趋势。0岁~3岁组、3岁~6岁组、9岁~14岁组、14岁~18岁组25-羟维生素D水平与血红蛋白之间存在相关性(P<0.05);6岁~9岁组无相关性(P=0.050)。结论该地区25-羟维生素D水平正常的只占了29.0%,需引起关注;各年龄段25-羟维生素D水平与血红蛋白之间存在相关性,25-羟维生素D的缺乏可能与贫血的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children and adolescents aged 0-18 years old,so as to explore the correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels with anemia in children and adolescents. Methods A total of1 452 children and adolescents were randomly selected from October 2016 to April 2017 for the detection and analysis of related indexes; the correlation of 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels with hemoglobin in children and adolescents at different ages was investigated. Results In the study population,25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency accounted for 41. 3%,inadequate 25-hydroxyvitamin D accounted for 29. 7%,the normal accounted for 29. 0%. Hydroxyvitamin D levels in 0-18 children and adolescents obviously decreased with age,while hemoglobin levels increased significantly with age. There was a correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and hemoglobin in the four age groups( 0-3,3-6,9-14 and 14-18 age grous)( P〈0. 05). There was no correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and hemoglobin in the 6-9 age group( P = 0. 050). Conclusion The25-hydroxyvitamin D levels only accounted for 29. 0%,which needs to be paid attention to; there is a correlation between25-hydroxyvitamin D levels and hemoglobin in all age groups,and the deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D may be related to the occurrence of anemia.
