绍兴市2013年-2015年医疗机构污水监测结果分析 被引量:5

Analysis of the monitoring results of sewage discharged from medical institutions in Shaoxing during 2013-2015

摘要 目的了解和分析绍兴市医疗机构污水处理现况,为污水处理工艺、管理及监测工作的针对性改进提供依据。方法对全市16家医疗机构排放的污水,按GB 18466—2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》的要求进行粪大肠菌群、志贺菌、沙门菌、p H值、六价铬、总砷、总铅、总银、悬浮物、化学需氧量、挥发酚、总镉、阴离子表面活性剂和色度共14项卫生指标进行卫生学检测。结果绍兴市2013年-2015年医疗机构污水主要超标指标为粪大肠菌群、p H值、悬浮物和化学需氧量,合格率分别为69.4%、66.3%、39.7%和13.8%,不同级别医疗机构污水悬浮物指标合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),卫生院悬浮物合格率高于二级以上医疗机构。结论绍兴市医疗机构污水处理总体情况不理想,悬浮物和化学需氧量超标严重,需要加强管理与监测监管。 Objective To know and analyze the discharge of medical sewage in Shaoxing medical institutions during 2013-2015,so as to provide basis for the targeted improvement of wastewater treatment process,management and monitoring.Methods The sewages from 16 medical institutions were conducted for the detection of fecal coliform bacteria,Shigella,Salmonella,p H value,hexavalent chrome,total arsenic,total lead,total silver,suspended solids,chemical oxygen demand,volatile phenol,total cadmium,anionic surface active agent and colority according to GB 18466—2005 Water Discharge Standards for Medical Institutions. Results The main over-proof indicators of sewage in Shaoxing medical institutions during 2013-2015 were fecal coliform bacteria,p H value,suspended solids and chemical oxygen demand,with the qualification rates of69. 4%,66. 3%,39. 7% and 13. 8%,respectively. The qualified rates of sewage suspended solids indicators in medical institutions at different levels were compared,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),and the qualified rate of suspensions in health centers was higher than that of medical institutions above Grade II. Conclusion The general disinfection status of medical sewage in Shaoxing is poor. Suspended solids and chemical oxygen demand seriously exceed the national standards. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen management and supervision.
