摘要
目的观察两种即用型过氧乙酸消毒液的消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化性能试验方法,对两种即用型过氧乙酸消毒液杀灭细菌芽孢的效果和腐蚀性进行实验室和模拟现场消毒实验。结果甲乙两种过氧乙酸消毒液含过氧乙酸分别为74.3 g/L和74.6 g/L,含过氧化氢分别为128 g/L和321 g/L。以浓度为2 000 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液甲作用1.5 min,对悬液中的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>5.0;止血钳和内镜模拟现场消毒试验全部合格。用浓度2 000 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液乙作用5.0 min,对悬液中的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>5.0;止血钳和内镜模拟现场消毒试验多数不合格。甲乙两种过氧乙酸对金属腐蚀性存在差异,后者对碳钢基本无腐蚀。结论两种即用型过氧乙酸消毒液的杀菌效果和腐蚀性均存在差异,此可能与产品中附加物有关。
Objective To observe the disinfection-related properties of two peracetic acid disinfectants. Methods Sporicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of the two peracetic acid disinfectants were evaluated by suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical test,and studies were carried out both in laboratory and then simulated field. Results The peracetic acid contents of disinfectant A and disinfectant B were 74. 3 g/L and 74. 6 g/L,and the hydrogen peroxide contents of them were 128 g/L and 321 g/L. The average reduction logarithm value of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to2 000 mg/L disinfectant A for 1. 5 min was 〉5. 0,the field simulated experiments of hemostat and endoscopy were all qualified. The average reduction logarithm value of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to 2 000 mg/L disinfectant B for5. 0 min was 〉5. 0,while most of the field simulated experiments of hemostat and endoscopy were unqualified. There were differences in corrosion of metals between disinfectant A and disinfectant B,and the latter had no corrosion to carbon steel.Conclusion There are differences in germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness between the two brands of ready-to-use acetic acid disinfectants,which may be contribute to the different appendages contained in different products.
