度米芬复方手消毒剂的消毒相关性能研究

Experimental study on germicidal efficacy and toxicity of Domiphen compound hand disinfectant

目的观察度米芬复方手消毒剂的杀菌效果和毒性,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该手消毒剂的杀菌效果及安全性进行实验室评价。结果该手消毒剂由十二烷基二甲基二苯氧乙基溴化铵(度米芬)1 000 mg/L与中草药提取物复配而成。以该手消毒剂原液对悬液内的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.0;对悬液内的白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值>4.0。用该手消毒剂的原液擦拭受试者手部皮肤作用1 min,对手上自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.86。该手消毒剂原液对豚鼠完整皮肤无刺激性。结论该手消毒剂具有很好的杀菌效果,对皮肤无刺激。

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of Domiphen compound hand disinfectant,and to provide foundation for practical application. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out to observe its germicidal efficacy and toxicity. Results The Domiphen content in hand disinfectant was1 000 mg/L. The hand disinfectant was compounded with Chinese herbal medicine. The average killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus after 1 min exposure were 〉5. 0,and the average killing logarithm values of Candida albicans after 1 min exposure was 〉4. 0. The average killing logarithm values of 30 cases on hand natural bacteria was1. 86 after 1 min exposure of the hand disinfectant. The hand disinfectant had no irritation to the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion The Domiphen compound hand disinfectant has excellent germicidal efficacy,and is actually non-toxic and non-irritative to skin.
