医疗机构医护人员手卫生知识、态度、行为比较研究

A comparative study on hand hygiene knowledge,attitude and behavior of medical staff from different level medical institutions

目的了解黑龙江省医疗卫生机构医护人员手卫生知识、态度、行为现状及手卫生工作的落实情况,规范手卫生行为,保障医疗安全。方法采用现场调查及督导的方式,统一发放和回收问卷。问卷采用Epidata3.1录入,应用Excel、SPSS16.0进行资料描述性分析和卡方检验。结果所有医护人员中,护士在手卫生相关知识认知度及依从性、正确性最高,保洁人员手卫生的知识知晓率、依从性最低;不同级别医疗机构中,二级医疗机构要低于三级医疗机构和一级医疗机构。结论应加大手卫生的培训宣传力度,加强基础设备设施的配备,提升医护人员整体手卫生执行水平,保障清洁的手,以提供安全的诊疗服务。

Objective To study the hand hygiene knowledge,attitude and behavior status of medical staff from different level medical and health institutions in Heilongjiang province,and to regulate the behavior of hand hygiene,so as to guarantee the medical safety. Methods With the field investigation and supervision,the questionnaires were unified distributing and recycling. The data were recorded with Epidata 3. 1,and data descriptive analysis and chi-square test were carried out with excel and SPSS 16. 0. Results In all medical staff,hand hygiene knowledge awareness and adherence and the correctness of nurses were the highest,while those were the lowest in cleaners. Compared with other medical institutions,the secondary medical institutions were inferior to the tertiary medical institutions and the primary medical institutions. Conclusion The training of hand hygiene propaganda should be increased,and the equipment of basic facilities should be strengthened. Then the medical staff hand hygiene execution level can be enhanced to ensure clean hands and providing safe medical services.
