胃癌从肝脾二经论治浅议

Discussion on the Treatment of Gastric Cancer from Meridians of Liver and Spleen

胃癌是西医消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,西医所讲的胃癌指原发于胃的恶性肿瘤,从脏腑经络辨证上看与中医"胃"病并非等同。分析胃癌发病的症状特点,发现其与"肝""脾"二经密切相关。所以认为胃癌以西医胃为病变核心,在复杂多变的病情变化中,以中医脏腑经络辨证为基础,把握主要病机及主要临床表现进行辨证,便不会迷失诊疗方向,且对其治疗可以"温阳散寒"为核心治则。

Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive system of western medicine.Gastric cancer in western medicine refers to the malignant tumor that originates in the stomach,which is not the same as the stomach disease in Chinese medicine from the point of view of the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians and collaterals.The symptom characteristics of the incidence of gastric cancer were analyzed and found to be closely related to the two meridians of liver and spleen.Therefore,the concept of stomach in western medicine is considered to be the lesion core of gastric cancer.In the complex and ever-changing disease conditions,the direction of diagnosis and treatment will not be lost if it is based on the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians and collaterals in Chinese medicine and grasps the main pathogenesis and main clinical manifestations during differentiation.Warming yang and eliminating cold can be the core treatment principle in treating this disease.
