基于产业集聚下的环境污染与出口研究:文献综述

Research on Environmental Pollution and Export based on Industrial Agglomeration:Literature Review

改革开放以来,我国出口以惊人的速度和规模发展,尽管2008年金融危机使出口持续疲软,但2017年上半年我国出口实现同比15%的增长。回首过去三十年,与出口发展相伴的是不断出现的集聚区和巨大的高能耗、环境污染。引入空间地理集聚,将其对环境的影响考虑在内,从更环保的角度考察出口是研究我国出口的重要方向。关于产业集聚的环境效应和出口效应的理论研究和经验分析都得到了许多创新性观点。本文梳理了国内外关于产业集聚及其对我国环境污染和制造业出口影响的研究,并指出未来的研究方向。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇s exports have been developing at an alarming rate and scale. Although exports have been weak since the 2008 financial crisis, China＇s exports in the first half of2017 have increased by 15% year-on-year. Looking back over the past three decades, the export development has accompanied the continuous emergence of agglomeration zones and huge energy consumption and environmental pollution. The introduction of spatial geographical agglomeration and its influence on the environment are taken into account, and it is an important direction to study the export of China from a more environmentally friendly perspective. The theoretical research and empirical analysis on the environmental effect and export effect of industrial agglomeration have obtained many innovative viewpoints. This paper reviews the research on industrial agglomeration and its impact on the environmental pollution and manufacturing export in China,and points out future research directions.
