摘要
两种不同规格的超滤膜用于浓缩常温碱抽提的蔗渣半纤维素溶液,研究结果表明,采用截留相对分子质量为3000的超滤膜可以取得较好的分离效果,分离效果通过测定原始抽提液、截留液和透过液的有机物浓度来评价,阴离子交换色谱和紫外光谱测试结果表明得到的蔗渣半纤维素的化学组成为78.18%木糖,5.03%阿拉伯糖,1.02%葡萄糖,0.41%半乳糖,1.00%半乳糖醛酸和3.70%酸溶木素,凝胶色谱分析证明,常温碱抽提的蔗渣半纤维素为聚合态,其数均相对分子质量为11200。
The alkaline extracted liquor of bagasse was concentrated by uhrafiltration to separate alkali from the solution by two different ultrafihration membranes at room temperature.The separation efficiency was evaluated by measuring the organic concentration in the original extract,the retentate and the permeate.Good separation efficiency could be achieved by using the uhrafihration membrane with
cut-of molecular weight 3000.The hemieelluloses obtained in this study comprised 79.18% of xylose,5.03% of arabinose,1.02% of
ucose,0.41% of galactose,1.00% of galacuronic acid and 3.70% acid—soluble Lignin.Gel chromatography analysis showed that the
bagasse hemicelluloses from alkaline extract Liquor at room temperature were polymeric compound with number average molecular
weight of 11200.
