摘要
对不同浓度苄索氯铵卫生湿巾的杀菌效果进行了测试,并根据计算出的杀菌率,从而确定了湿巾主要成分苄索氯铵的最佳浓度。结果表明:苄索氯铵浓度为0.02%时,杀菌率可达98%。市场上流通的卫生湿巾中苄索氯铵的浓度在0.08%及以上,而苄索氯铵对人体的皮肤有一定的刺激性。因此,研究结果对于湿巾生产中合理选择苄索氯铵浓度及配比具有指导意义。
The germicidal efficacy of different concentrations of benzethonium chloride in sanitary wet wipes was investigated. Based on the data of sterilization rate, the optimum concentration of benzethonium chloride as the main component of the wipes was determined. The sterilizing rate was up to 98% when the concentration of benzethonium chloride used in the samples was 0.02%. The concentration of benzethonium chloride in this sanitary wipe is much lower than that of similar commercial products, and therefore it is less irritating to human skin.
