摘要
采用超声提取法对热敏纸中的双酚S进行提取,萃取液为甲醇,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间60 min,提取液经旋转蒸发仪干燥、0.45μm滤膜过滤后进行高效液相色谱分析,该方法在1.0~200.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.4 mg/kg,对空白样品进行加标回收,平均回收率为88.7%~93.1%,相对标准偏差为7.4%~8.5%。该方法灵敏度高、重现性好。
The bisphenol S in thermal paper was extracted by ultrasonic extraction. The method use methanol with 40℃ and 60 minutes. Then sample solution is determined by HPLC after dried by rotary evaporator and filtrated by 0.45μm filterable membrane. In the range of 1.0-200.0 mg/L, the results show good linearity. The LOD and LOQ are 0.1 and 0. 4 mg/kg respectively. The results of standard recovery test show that the average recovery ranges from 88.7% to 93.1% with RSD ranges from 7.4% to 8.5%. This method features high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
