中医药科技评价体系探析

Analysis on the Science and Technology Evaluation System of Chinese Medicine

为充分体现中医药特点和规律,激励中医药科研人员开展科技创新,提高项目管理效率和研究水平,促进中医药科技成果转化,推动中药产业技术创新发展,建立和完善符合中医药特点和规律的科研评价体系已刻不容缓。本文通过文献研究,对中医药科技评价体系的概况进行梳理,总结既往学者关于建立中医药科研评价体系的框架和指标的观点,现行科技评价体系存在的问题,分析建立符合中医药特点的科技评价体系的必要性。

Establishing and perfecting the scientific research evaluation system conforms to the characteristics and rules of TCM are imperative, which can fully embody the characteristics and rules of Chinese Medicine, encourage scientific researchers to carry out the scientific and technological innovation of Chinese Medicine, improve the efficiency of project management and research level, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese Medicine, promote the development of Chinese Medicine industry technology innovation. In this paper, we study the literatures to analyze the general condition of the scientific and technological evaluation system of Chinese Medicine,summarize previous scholars＇ views on the framework and indicators of evaluation system, and the problems existing in the current evaluation system, analyze the necessity of the establishment of the scientific and technological evaluation system which conforms to the characteristics of Chinese Medicine.
