优质中药饮片质量控制体系的构建与产业化应用示范研究

Research on Construction of Quality Control System for High Quality Chinese Herbal Medicine and Industrialization Application

中药饮片产业是现代中药产业链中的关键环节,具有承上启下的作用,其质量情况直接关系着中医的临床疗效和中成药等产品的质量。当前,中药饮片质量情况不容乐观,引起了全社会的广泛关注。建立优质中药饮片质量控制体系,打造可溯源优质中药饮片产品是中药饮片产业发展的必由之路。课题组基于产业链和可追溯的理念,开展了优质中药饮片质量控制体系研究,在多个环节开展了集成创新研究,取得了系列研究成果,初步实现了"药材来源基地化、炮制工艺规范化、炮制设备智能化、质量控制客观化、饮片质量标准化、产业发展规模化",形成了可溯源优质中药饮片的产业化示范。

The industry of Chinese herbal medicine is the key link of modern Chinese medicine industry chain, and has a connecting link. Its quality directly determines the quality of TCM clinical curative effect and Chinese patent medicines and other products. At present, the quality of Chinese herbal medicine is not optimistic, which has attracted wide attention of the society. It is the only way for the development of Chinese herbal medicine to establish quality control system of high quality Chinese herbal medicine and create the products which can be traced. Based on the concept of industrial chain and traceability, the research group carried out research on the quality control system of high-quality Chinese herbal medicines, conducted integrated innovation research in a number of areas, and achieved a series of research results. It has initially achieved＂a base for medicinal material sources and standardized processing techniques,the intelligentization of concocted equipment, the objective quality control, the standardization of the quality of sliced pieces, and the scale of industrial development＂and has created a demonstration of the industrialization of traceable high-quality Chinese herbal medicines.
