两性淀粉对麦草浆强度性能的影响

The Effect of Zwitterion Starch on Strength Properties of Paper Made from Wheat Straw Pulp

研究结果表明,两性淀粉与阳离子淀粉相比,具有添加量步,对pH值敏感度低等优点。添加0.5％两性淀粉,对麦草浆的耐破度、裂断长、耐折度均有较好的增强效果,对撕裂度的影响不大。此外,添加0.5％两性淀粉,填料留着率即可从58.68％,增加到96.05％。

The synthesis of Zwitterion Starch (ZS) has been studied and developed. The effect of ZS on dry strength properties and filler retention of paper made from wheat straw pulp have been studied.The results showed that the synthesis process of ZS is simple. In favor of this, ZS can be manufactured at common mill manufacturing cationic starch with its equipment on hand.Compared with cationic starch, ZS has the advantage of a less dosage and pH value between 4-7 has a little influence on the results. It is found in the experiments that 0. 5% ZS can effectively improve burst index, breaking length, and fold endurance of paper made from wheat straw pulp, meanwhile tear index is little affected.Filler retention goes up from 58. 18% to 96. 05% at ZS dosage 0. 5%.
