基于CGCS2000的温州2000坐标系建立与研究

Study on Wenzhou 2000 Coordinate System Based on CGCS2000

针对温州市现有平面坐标系存在的问题和该市测绘基准不统一的现状,结合2000国家大地坐标系（China geodetic corrdinate system 2000,CGCS2000）推广的要求,建立了基于CGCS2000坐标系且适宜该市的温州2000坐标系。通过坐标系联测、转换模型选取、转换参数计算等技术手段,完成了传统坐标系与温州2000坐标系之间的成果转换,为该市平面坐标系的统一和CGCS2000坐标系的推广使用奠定了基础。

Aimed at the faults of traditional plane coordinate system and the situation of disunion of surveying and mapping datum in the city,combining with national requirements, Wenzhou 2000 coordinate system based on CGCS2000 has been established.Transformation between traditional coordinate system and Wenzhou 2000 coordinate system has been achieved by associated measurement of coordinate systems,selection of transformation models,calculation of transformation parameters and so on,which lays a foundation for unifying plane coordinate systems and also promoting the use of Wenzhou 2000 coordinate system in the city.
