摘要 利用环氧基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(α,ω-ESO)和聚醚胺(D230)的氨解开环反应,制备了新型无溶剂端基型聚醚氨基硅油(SFPEAS)。利用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、纳米粒度仪、Zeta电位分析仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对合成的SFPEAS及其乳液进行表征和纤维表面的成膜性分析,讨论了乳化剂用量、乙二醇丁醚(EM)用量以及SFPEAS乳液用量对整理织物应用性能的影响。结果表明,SFPEAS乳液平均粒径37.83 nm,Zeta电位+43.9 m V,具有良好的成膜性能。当乳化剂质量分数为15%,EM质量分数为5%,乳液质量浓度为8 g/L时,SFPEAS整理织物的柔软性和亲水性俱佳,白度略有降低。 A new kind of solvent-free terminated polyether amino silicone (SFPEAS) is prepared by the ring-opening reaction of self-made epoxy terminated silicone oil (α,ω-ESO) with polyether amine (D230). The chemical structure of SFPEAS, its emulsion, and its film-forming property on the fiber surface are characterized by means of IR, ^1H NMR, nanoparticle size analyzer, Zeta potential analyzer and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of emulsifier, ethylene glycol butyl ether (EM) and SFPEAS emulsion dosage on its application performance toward cotton fabric are also discussed. The results show that the average particle size of the SFPEAS emulsion is 37.83 nm, its Zeta potential is +43.9 mV, and it has good film-forming ability on fabric surface. The softness and hydrophility of fabric is improved and the whiteness slightly reduced with the concentration of emulsifier 15%, EM 5% and emulsion 8 g/L.
