涤粘交织物低碱低温碱减量工艺 被引量:1

Low temperature and low alkali deweighting process of polyester/viscose mixture

摘要 研究了Na OH、苯甲醇和促进剂1227的添加量,以及温度和时间对涤粘(T/R)交织物减量率的影响,并通过SEM观察织物形貌。结果表明,随着Na OH、苯甲醇和促进剂1227添加量的增加、碱减量温度的升高和时间的延长,T/R织物的减量率增加。在Na OH 5 g/L,苯甲醇30 m L/L,促进剂1227 1.5×10-4mol/L,100℃保温100 min或Na OH 2.5 g/L,苯甲醇45 m L/L,促进剂1227 1.5×10-4mol/L,100℃保温85 min的条件下,织物的减量率可控制在10%左右,但强力有所下降。 The effects of the concentrations of sodium hydroxide, benzene methanol and accelerant 1227, as well as alkali deweighting temperature and time on deweighting rate of T/R fabrics are dis- cussed, and the morphology of T/R fabric is observed by SEM. The results show that the deweighting ratio of T/R fabrics increases with the increasing of sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol or accelerant 1227 concentrations, alkali deweighting temperature and time. Under the conditions of alkali deweighting at 100 ~C for 100 rain with sodium hydroxide 5 g/L, benzyl alcohol 30 mL//and accelerant 1227 1.5×10^-4mol/L, or alkali deweighting at 100℃ for 85 min with sodium hydroxide 2.5 g/L, benzyl alcohol 45 rnL/L arld ac- celerant 1227 1.5×10^-4 mol/L, the deweighting rate of T/R fabrics can be controlled at about 10% with a lit- tle decrease in the strength of the T/R fabric.
