区域经济一体化背景下粤东金融一体化问题研究——基于与珠三角差距的比较分析

Study on Eastern Guangdong Financial Integration under the Backgroundof the Regional Economic Integration——Comparisons Based on the Gap between the Pearl River Delta

金融一体化有助于区域经济一体化,区域经济一体化是粤东地区缩小与珠三角地区经济差距的有效路径。粤东地区金融机构存贷款规模、金融业增加值及金融业发展整体水平与珠三角地区差距显著;区位熵值显示粤东地区金融集聚程度也远低于珠三角地区,但区位熵变异系数表明两区域内各市的金融发展水平正逐步向均衡发展;FH方法测度金融一体化程度,结果显示两区域金融一体化水平较高且逐年提升。粤东地区应从公共政策体系的构建、降低市场交易成本、加强金融基础设施建设、加快金融创新等方面提升本地区的金融一体化水平,进而加快区域经济一体化发展进程。

Financial integration is conducive to regional integration,and regional integration is an effective path to narrow the gap in east guangdong and the PRD economy. The financial sector of east guangdong and the PRD gap significantly; Location entropy data shows that the degree of financial agglomeration also far lower than the PRD,but location entropy variation coefficient indicates that the financial development levelin the cities within the two region is gradually to be balanced; Use F-H method to measure the degree of financial integration,while the result shows that two deposits-loans area correlation coefficient is small and reduced,namely the two region have a high regional financial integration level and increasing year by year. Guangdong should strength the construction of public policy system,to reduce the transaction cost,strengthen the financial infrastructure construction and to speed up financial innovation to raise the level of financial integration to accelerate the process of regional integration in the region.
