摘要
各学校实施"走班制分层教育"后,已初步形成具有学校特色的高中全学段"走班制分层教学"的流程、机制、制度;初步建立符合学生个体学科和能力差异的课程架构和教学结构;形成学生管理与评估的策略;建立多层次课程体系的形态,围绕学生创新能力培养与综合素养培育,探索了学生创新能力培育的路径。从学校三年完整办学的过程中,梳理出一条高中教育学生创新能力培养的新途径,再以新的实践过程检验和完善这一人才培养途径。
Mechanism and system of "Hierarchical and Class Selection Teaching" with the school's features and preliminarily constructed the framework of curriculum and teaching. The school has also made the strategy of student management and evaluation and constructed the hierarchical curricular system centering around the cultivation of students ' innovative ability anti comprehensive quality and the exploration of a path for such cultivation. This project aims to explore a new path for the cuhivation of students' innovative ability in high school education, and test and improve this path through new practice.
