On Modern Integrity Based on the Needs of Contemporary Economic and Social Development

诚信规范是一种社会意识形态,它的存在和发展根源于并反映于社会存在。现代诚信是市场经济发展的客观要求,以及人的发展、政治文明发展的需要。现代诚信观应该讲求诚信主体的平等性、适应对象的普遍社会性、合乎正义的前提下承认追求利益的正当性、以人的理性为基础做出行为选择和价值判断,以及强调以诚信规范和诚信美德相统一的维系方式等特点。

The integrity is a kind of social ideology, which is rooted in and reflected by the social existence. Modem integrity is the objective requirement for the development of market economy, as well as the needs of human development and political civ- ilization progress. This kind of integrity should have such characteristics as the equality of the subject, the universal sociality of the adaptable object, and the legitimacy of pursuing the interests under the premise of justice. Besides, modern integrity is a choice of behavior and value judgment based on human rationality. It puts emphasis on maintaining the unity of norm and virtue as well.
