摘要
马克思在《德意志意识形态》中指出一个社会中占"统治"地位的意识形态是统治阶级思想与意志的体现,并指出了"统治阶级的意志""占统治地位物质生产关系""意识形态思想家"是占"统治"地位意识形态的三个关键与核心要素。新时代的意识形态依然面临着国内外各种复杂因素的考验,中国经济社会转型以及由此带来的思想意识多元化,网络新媒体意识形态安全等因素对当代意识形态话语权的构建带来诸多新问题。在马克思意识形态话语权思想的启发与指导下,从完善话语体系、以社会主义核心价值为引领、培养意识形态思想家、发挥群众作用等路径建构当代中国的意识形态话语权。
In German Ideology, Marx pointed out that the ＂ruling＂ ideology in a society is the embodiment of thought and will of the ruling class, and that ＂the will of the ruling class＂, ＂the dominant material production relations＂ and ＂the ideological thinker＂ are its key and core elements. The ideology of the new era of China is still faced with the test of various complex factors at home and abroad. The transformation of the economy and society of the country, the pluralism of ideological consciousness brought by it, and the ideological security of the network new media bring many new problems to the construction of the contem- porary ideological discourse power. Under the guidance of Marx＇s theory of ideological discourse power, we propose the following ways to construct the ideological discourse power in contemporary China： perfecting the discourse system, taking the socialist core value as the guide, cultivating ideological thinkers and giving full play to the role of the masses.
