基于治未病思想探讨益气活血方干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病大鼠病程作用的实验研究

Study on Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription on COPD Rats Based on Thought of Prevention and Treatment

目的：探究名老中医防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）经验方＂益气活血方＂作用机理,并探索＂治未病＂思想的运用。方法：复制COPD动物模型,在第0、4、12周不同时间段给予益气活血方药进行干预,采用ELISA法检测COPD大鼠肺组织SIg A、SC、TGF-β1和VEGF的表达水平,分析比较差异。结果：3个时间段模型组SIg A、SC、TGF-β1及VEGF表达均有明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。益气活血方药物干预后,第4周段中、低剂量组SIg A、SC及VEGF,低剂量组TGF-β1表达降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;第0周段除高剂量组VEGF表达也降低外,其余结果与第4周段一致;第12周段则是高、中、低剂量组SIg A、SC、TGF-β1及VEGF表达水平降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：益气活血方对COPD病程各阶段异常SIg A、SC、TGF-β1、VEGF均有不同程度的调节干预作用;＂治未病＂思想可作为COPD防治工作的重要策略。

Objective： To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription,a empirical formula of a famous TCM doctor to prevent and treat COPD and the application of the thought of prevention and treatment. Methods： We copied the COPD rats model which was given Yiqi Huoxue Prescription at the 0 th,4 th,12 th periods. By using ELISA,we detected the expressions of SIg A,SC,TGF-beta 1 and VEGF of the rats＇ lung tissues and analyzed and compared the differences. Results： The model group＇s SIg A,SC,TGF-beta 1 and VEGF expressions were significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After given Yiqi Huoxue Prescription,the expressions of SIg A,SC,TGF-beta 1 and VEGF in the middle and low dose groups at the 4 th period decreased and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The expression of VEGF in the 0 th period except for the high dose group decreased and the remaining results were consistent with the 4 th period. The expressions of SIg A,SC,TGF-beta 1 and VEGF in the high,middle and low dose groups at the 12 th period decreased and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Prescription can regulate the the expressions of SIg A,SC,TGF-beta 1 and VEGF in different stages of COPD with different degrees,and the thought of ＂ prevention and treatment＂ can be used as an important strategy in preventing and treating COPD.
