基于温里药抑制肺癌的药物筛选及对肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的影响 被引量:4

Screening Drugs for Inhibiting Lung Cancer Based on Warming the Interior Drugs and Its Effects on Tumor-associated Macrophages

摘要 目的:根据《中药学》第7版,将温里药附子、肉桂、干姜、高良姜、丁香、小茴香、花椒、吴茱萸、胡椒、荜茇、荜澄茄进行筛选,选出温里药中对Lewis小鼠具有抑瘤作用的温里药,并通过数据库筛选出肿瘤的有效成分,为下一步温里药组方奠定基础。方法:构建Lewis肺癌小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,将附子、干姜、高良姜、丁香、小茴香、花椒、吴莱萸、胡椒、荜茇、荜澄茄灌胃21d后,观察其抑瘤效果。结果:附子、吴茱萸、荜茇对肿瘤具有抑制作用,与对照组相比,附子、吴莱萸、荜茇对肿瘤具有抑制效果,可以抑制Lewis肺癌小鼠皮下移植瘤的生长,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:温里药中的附子、吴茱萸、荜茇对Lewis肺癌小鼠皮下移植瘤有抑制作用,荜茇可抑制肿瘤组织中CD206的表达。 Objective:According to the seventh edition Science of Chinese Materia Medica, we screened the drugs for warming the interior, including Radix et Rhizoma, cinnamon, ginger, galangal, clove, fennel, pepper, wolfberry and piperlongum,to find out the ones which have antitumor effect on the Lewis mice. And through the database we selected the effective components to provide the basis for warming the interior prescriptions. Methods: The model of Lewis lung cancer was established in the subcutaneous xenografts of mice. The antitumor effects of Radix et Rhizoma, cinnamon, ginger, galangal, clove, fennel, pepper, wolfberry and piperlongum were observed after 21 d. Results: 1. Aconite, Evo- dia rutaecarpa and Piper longum had inhibitory effect on the tumor. Compared with the control group, aconite, Evodia ru- taecarpa and Piper longum could inhibit the growth of Lewis mice tumor, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion : Aconite, Evodia rutaecarpa and Piper longum can inhibit the metastasis of lung cancer cell lines. Piper longum can inhibit the expression of CD206 in tumor tissue.
