摘要
目的:探讨土茯苓总黄酮与亚硒酸钠联用对铅离子螯合能力及体外抗氧化性的影响。方法:采用双硫腙-PAR-铅分光光度法检测溶液中的铅离子含量,从而衡量出样品对铅离子的螯合能力;体外试验测定土茯苓总黄酮、亚硒酸钠、土茯苓总黄酮与亚硒酸钠联用药物清除自由基的能力和总的抗氧化能力。结果:土茯苓总黄酮、亚硒酸钠、土茯苓总黄酮与亚硒酸钠联用药物均在体外有很好的螯合作用,能够有效清除ABTS+、DPPH·和羟基自由基,并且具有很好的抗氧化能力。结论:土茯苓总黄酮与亚硒酸钠联用对铅离子有显著的螯合能力,以及具有良好的自由基清除和抗氧化能力。
Objective: To investigate chelating ability and antioxidant effects from the combination of total flavonoids extracts from smilax glabra and Na2 SeO3. Methods : Dithizone - PAR - lead spectrophotometric method could determine the lead ions concentration. Therefore, we evaluated the chelating ability of samples with lead ions. The free radicals scavenging activities and antioxidant effects of total flavonoids extracts from smilax glabra Smilax glabra, Na2 SeO3 and the combination of total flavonoids extracts from smilax glabra and NaESeO3 was measured in vitro. Results: Smilax glabra, Na2SeO3 and the combination of total flavonoids extracts from smilax glabra and NaESeO3 had obvious lead ions chelating activities and showed effective activity on scavenging ABTS + , DPPH · and OH free radicals and antioxidant effects. Conclusion: The combination of total flavonoids extracts from smilax glabra and NaESeO3had obvious lead ions chelating activities and free radicals scavenging effects and antioxidant effects.
