摘要
肺炎支原体肺炎是儿童呼吸系统常见病、多发病,临床上治疗该病的首选抗生素为大环内酯类药物。大环内酯类药物在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的广泛应用,导致其耐药率日益增加,且会引起胃肠道不良反应,愈来愈多医家在使用祖国医学辨证论治治疗时发现其具有明显的优势。研究发现中医药抗肺炎支原体的机制主要有直接抑制肺炎支原体、调节免疫、保护和修复上皮细胞、改善微循环、缓解西药不良反应等等。
Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is a common respiratory disease in children, and macrolide drugs are the prior choice for clinical treatment. While macrolide drugs widely used in children' s respiratory diseases, leading to the increasing resistance rate, can cause gastrointestinal adverse reactions. And so more and more doctors begin to use traditional Chinese medicine treatment and have found that it has obvious advantages. Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine mechanisms of anti - Mycoplasma pneumoniae are direct inhibition of myeoplasma pneumoniae, im- mune regulation, protection and repair of epithelial ceils, improving mieroeirculation, relieving adverse reactions of mac- rolide drugs, etc.
