浮针治疗中风后肩手综合征的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Floating-needle Therapy for Post-Stroke Shoulder-Hand Syndrome

目的：采用系统评价的方法,探讨浮针治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法：检索Cochrane Library;Pub Med;EMabse;AMED;Nature;Science online;中国生物医学文献光盘数据库（CBM）;中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）;万方资源数据库;维普数据库（VIP）等。检索时间限定建库至2017年4月,查找浮针治疗中风后肩手综合征的随机/半随机对照试验。由两名评价者独立对纳入研究的文献进行严格评价和资料提取后,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行系统评价。结果：共纳入10项研究,共770例患者。浮针治疗肩手综合征在临床症状改善方面,相对于对照组,总有效率更高;浮针治疗肩手综合征在降低SHSS评分方面优于对照组;浮针治疗肩手综合征在升高FMA评分方面优于对照组;浮针治疗肩手综合征在降低VAS评分方面优于对照组。结论：浮针治疗中风后肩手综合征可有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量,但该结论的证据质量等级不高,故该研究结论需谨慎对待,需多中心、大样本、高质量设计的随机对照试验来支持和印证所得出的结果。

Objective： To systematically evaluate the efficacy of floating - needle therapy in treating shoulder - hand syndrome after stroke. Methods ： Randomized controlled trials （ RCTs ） and Controlled Clinical Trail （CCTs） involving floating - needle therapy in treating shoulder - hand syndrome were identified from CBM, CNKI and Wangfang Data from database through computer for data as in April, 2017. Two researchers independently conducted the strict quality evalua- tion and data extraction for the included studies and made a Meta - analysis by using RevMan 5.3 software. Result ：Total- ly 10 RCTs/CCTs involving 770 patients were included into the study. The Meta - analysis results showed that floating - needle therapy of post - stroke shoulder - hand syndrome in the clinical efficacy was better than the control group. Com- pared with the control group, there was significant difference in SHSS, FMA and VAS grade. Conclusion： Floating -needie therapy in treating post -stroke shoulder- hand syndrome can effectively improve living quality. However, due to the low methodology and quality, cautious attitude shoule be taken on this conclusion. More clinical trials with a large sample size are needed in the further.
