中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎的疗效及对血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Mycoplasma Pneumonia and Its Effect on Plasma Thrombomodulin and D-dimer

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效及对血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体的影响。方法：选择院内收治的128例支原体肺炎患者作为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组和对照组各64例，给予对照组院内常规抗支原体感染治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用中草药进行治疗，对比两组临床治疗效果及对血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体的影响。结果：观察组总有效率为95．31％，显著高于对照组的79．69％，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体指标水平均显著低于治疗前，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而观察组降低的更为明显，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于支原体肺炎感染的患者而言，综合应用中西医结合疗法进行治疗，不仅可获得较为满意的临床治疗效果，而且还能降低患者血浆凝血酶调节蛋白和D-二聚体的水平，更加有利于患者的恢复。

Objective ： To explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on plasma thrombomodulin and D - dimer. Methods ： A total of 128 cases of patients with myco- plasma pneumonia were selected as observation objects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional anti Myeoplasma infection and the ob- servation group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and the effects of plasma thrombomodulin and D - dimer were compared. Results ： The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.31%, significantly higher than 79.69% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of plasma thrombomodulin and D - dimer after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The observation group＇ s was more obvious, and there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：For the patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, comprehensive application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment not only can obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect, but also can reduce the level of plasma thrombomodulin and D - dimer, more conducive to the recovery of the patients.
