慢性偏头痛动物实验模型研究进展

Review on the Research Progress of Chronic Migraine Animal Model

慢性偏头痛是致残性疾病之一,其发病机制尚未完全明了,迄今无理想的特异性防治药物,其治疗措施发展缓慢的部分原因是缺乏有效的动物模型。理想的慢性偏头痛动物模型应能很好地还原出关键病理生理学机制,由于慢性偏头痛和发作性偏头痛的病理生理学相似,慢性偏头痛动物模型研究大多借鉴发作性偏头痛的动物模型,成功的模型提供研究发作性偏头痛转化为慢性偏头痛的病理生理机制。文中从慢性偏头痛动物模型原理、造模方法、模型特点等方面阐述近年来慢性偏头痛动物模型的研究现状。

Chronic migraine is a disabling disease affecting hundreds of millions of people.So far there is no ideal specific prevention and treatment drug.The slow development of the treatment measures is due to the lack of an effective animal model.The ideal chronic migraine animal model should be able to restore its key pathophysiological mechanisms.Because of the similar pathophysiology of chronic migraine and episode migraine,animal models of chronic migraine mostly draw lessons from the animal model of migraine,Successful models provide a pathophysiological mechanism for the study of episode migraine into chronic migraine.This article elaborates the research status of chronic migraine animal model in recent years from the aspects of animal model principle,modeling method and model features.
