中等职业教育发展:现状、问题及对策——以甘肃省为例

The Development of Secondary Vocational Education:Current Situation,Existing Problems and Solutions:A Case Study on Gansu Province

作为职业教育的组成部分,中等职业教育的发展向来受到多方关注。甘肃作为经济欠发达省份,其中等教育发展受到了各方的关注。文章在现场调研的基础上,从甘肃省中等职业教育发展现状入手,针对发展不均衡、吸引力不强、设施设备使用效率不高、开放性不足、办学效益受限以及"双师型"教师紧缺等突出问题,提出了改革甘肃省中等职业教育发展的对策建议。

Secondary vocational education,as a part of vocational education,has drawn attention from various parties.Gansu,an underdeveloped province,has attracted much attention in its secondary vocational education development.This paper,based on field research,consists of three parts in an effort to fully analyze the case from Gansu.The first part studied the current development of secondary vocational education in Gansu;the second section stated existing problems,such as unbalanced development,weak attractiveness,low rate of applying modern instruments,low level of openness,limits of establishing new schools and shortage of dual-role teachers;the last section proposed solutions in order to conduct reform in this field.
