摘要 提出一种基于距离场的铸钢件冒口设计方法。首先通过界面内推获得铸件的距离场,然后应用距离场计算铸件的几何热节,最后根据几何热节的位置和分布,结合模数法和数据库技术实现冒口设计。在UG平台应用该方法开发了铸钢件冒口设计系统,以实际铸钢件为例进行验证,结果表明,该设计方法可以提高设计效率、缩短设计周期。 A design method of risers for steel castings based on the distance field was presented in this paper. Firstly, the distance field of the casting was obtained by the interpolation of interface. Then the geometric hot spots of the casting were calculated based upon the distance field. Finally, according to the position and distribution of the geometric hot spots, the design process of riser was realized by combining the modulus method and the database technique. The riser design system for steel castings was developed based on the UG software by this method. An actual steel casting was taken as an example to verify this system. The results show that this method can improve the design efficiency and shorten the design period.
