摘要 采用Any Casting铸造仿真软件模拟研究了ZL201合金半固态触变压铸成形过程、成形后的组织及性能,并与实际铸件进行了比较。结果表明:ZL201合金半固态触变压铸成形在浆料温度600℃、模具温度240℃时,低速压射速度0.1 m/s,且在1.5 s后进行速度切换,高速压射速度为1 m/s时,所得铸件平均晶粒尺寸为72.56μm。铸件的平均硬度为HV 70.8,平均抗拉强度为212.5 MPa。 The forming process ofrheocasting for ZL201 alloy, microstructure and mechanical properties of the formed parts were simulated by the AnyCasting software, and the simulated results were compared with those of the actual casting. The optimal process parameters ofrheocasting were obtained, i.e. pouring temperature of 600℃, die temperature of 240℃, low injection velocity of 0.1 m/s, velocity switching time of 1.5 s, and high injection velocity of 1 m/s. Using the parameters above, the part was filled up stably without gas porosity, and had the grain size of 72.56μm, the hardness of 70.8 HV, and the average tensile strength of 212.5 MPa.
