高锰钢辙叉冒口去除工艺改进

摘要 V法工艺铸造高锰钢辙叉在热切冒口时根部易出现缩松、缩孔、微裂纹及轨墙裂纹等缺陷,严重影响产品质量。通过研究新型冒口易割片达到整铸式高锰钢辙叉冒口锤击去除,在满足高致密的基础上改进了新型辙叉的补贴形式,减少冒口根部微裂纹、缩松缺陷,提高高锰钢辙叉内部质量,达到了节能环保要求,同时降低了生产成本。 The high manganese steel frog manufactured by the vacuum casting process is prone to have the defects such as the dispersed shrinkage, shrinkage, microcrack and rail wall crack, while the risers of the casting are cut at elevated temperature. These defects seriously affect the product quality of the casting. Through developing a new type of easy-cutting breaker core, the riser removal was achieved by hammering the risers of the monoblock high manganese steel frog, and the feeding channel was improved to meet the requirement of high density for the steel flog. Thus, the microcracks and dispersed shrinkage at the root of the risers were reduced, the internal quality of the high manganese steel frog was improved, the requirements of environment protection and energy conservation were achieved, and the production cost was reduced.
