抗氧体系对辐照交联聚烯烃电缆料低温性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Antioxidant on Low Temperature Performance of Radiation Cross-linked Polyolefin Cable Compounds

摘要 通过研究两种不同抗氧体系的特性,分析其对辐照交联无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃材料的拉伸性能、耐低温性能及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:LA抗氧体系,辐照交联程度偏高,辐照剂量对交联程度的影响较小,低温性能较好,高温老化后的力学性能变化较小;LB抗氧体系,辐照交联程度较低,随着辐照剂量的变化,交联程度的变化较为明显,低温性能较差,高温老化后的力学性能变化较大。 The characteristics of two antioxidant systems were observed. The effects of the antioxidant systems on the mechanical properties, aging properties and low temperature performances of radiation crosslinked low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin materials were analyzed. The results show that: the radiation crosslinking degree of LA is high, the irradiation dose has little influence on the crosslinking degree, the low temperature performance is better, and the mechanical properties of the aging at high temperature are small. While in the LB antioxidant system, the radiation crosslinking degree is lower, the crosslinking degree is largely affected by the radiation dose, the low temperature performance is poorer, and the mechanical property change rate is obvious after high temperature aging.
