摘要
以MJ1504接线壳体为例,分析薄壁件镶拼式侧抽芯注塑模具中的关键技术,实现了塑件成型部件工艺设计与应用。研究设计了接线壳体镶拼式侧抽芯模具的浇注系统、冷却机构、侧抽芯机构、顶出系统等相关结构,着重体现在镶拼式型芯与较复杂的开合模过程等方面,实现了模具结构的整体设计;在UG8.5Mold Wizard应用模块下设计实现MJ1504接线壳体顺利脱模。整体完成后的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,塑件成型缺陷较小,可为该工艺的进一步推广应用提供了理论指导和技术支撑。
Taking the MJ1504 connection case as an example, the key technology of the thin-walled parts in the injection mold with side core pulling is analyzed, and the process design and application of plastic parts are realized. The pouring system, the cooling mechanism, the side core pulling mechanism, the ejecting system and other related structures are designed and designed. The whole design of the die structure is realized with emphasis on the inlaid core and the more complicated opening and closing process. The smooth demoulding of MJ1504 connection shell is realized under UG8.5 Mold Wizard application module. The die has compact structure, stable work and small molding defects, which can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the further popularization and application of the process.
