摘要
聚乳酸(PLA)是一种具有广阔应用前景的可生物降解高分子材料,其合成方法得到了广泛的关注与研究。针对PLA的直接缩聚过程,分别综述了熔融聚合、溶液聚合、固相聚合与扩链聚合等合成工艺及催化聚合过程中所使用的一元、二元及多元催化剂。通过对合成过程、物料组成及应用条件的分析与比较,给出了不同工艺及催化剂的应用特点,分析了PLA的直接缩聚合成过程开发与优化的方向。
Polylactic acid is a biodegradable polymer material with the prospect of application, which has been widely concerned and studied. The direct condensation polymerization processes of polylactic acid including melt polymerization, solution polymerization, solid phase polymerization and chain expansion polymerization are reviewed, as well as the single component, bicomponent and multi-component catalyst used in this process. The application characteristics of different process and catalyst are given by analyzing and comparing synthesis process, material composition and application conditions. Also, the development and optimization of the direct condensation polymerization process of polylactic acid are discussed.
