摘要
在汽车轻量化设计的趋势下,塑料件比例不断提高。在过去30年间,汽车塑料用量增长近三倍。2003年开始,我国汽车保有量进入快速增长时期,按照现有车辆报废条例,2020年左右将迎来汽车报废的高峰,报废量预计将达1 800万辆左右,由此将带来300万t左右的报废车用塑料。每年都会有大量的车用塑料进入回收处理流程,如果这些塑料废弃件得不到妥善的回收处理,将对环境与生活带来严重的危害。因此,研究报废车用塑料的回收利用问题,对于环境保护、资源节约等多个方面具有重要意义。
Under the premise of automobile lightweight design, the proportion of plastic parts is increasing. In the past 30 years, the amount of automotive plastics has increased by nearly three times. Since 2003, the number of car ownership has entered a period of rapid growth. According to the existing vehicle scrapping regulations, the peak of car scrapping will come in 2020, and the total amount of scrap will be around 18 million vehicles, which will bring about 3 million tons of scrap vehicle plastics. Every year, a large number of automotive plastics enter the recycling process. If these plastic parts are not properly recovered, they will bring serious damage to the environment and life. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the recycling and utilization of plastics for waste vehicles, for environmental protection and resource conservation.
