摘要
广州琶洲AH040223地块超高层塔楼为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、高位体型收进的不规则情况。设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据结构的重要性提出不同的抗震性能目标,并对结构进行小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震性能设计、大震等效弹性分析及弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构整体和各构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。对于体型收进位置的重要构件,通过计算分析及多种构造措施加强,确保构件满足设定的抗震性能目标。
Super high-rise tower building in AH040223 plot of Pazhou in Guangzhou is a complex high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the code. There are irregularities including irregular torsion,partial discontinuity of floor,and high-position plane setback. The performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design.Different performance targets were proposed according to the importance of the structure. The elasticity analysis under frequent earthquakes, the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes, the performance design under fortification earthquakes,the equivalent elasticity analysis under rare earthquakes and elastic-plastic time-history analysis were performed. The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and each component can reach the designed target. For the important components in place of high-position plane setback,the calculation and analysis and various structural measures were used to strengthen the components to ensure that the components meet the seismic performance targets.
