摘要
随着我国工业技术的进步和制造能力的提升,越来越多的具有荷载大、工艺复杂、对工作条件要求高的工业设备不断出现,与此同时,对基础的整体稳定和差异沉降控制也提出了更高的要求。对一软土地区重型设备基础采用变刚度调平设计理论从桩型选择、布桩、沉降数值计算等几方面进行了系统分析和计算,并与现场沉降观测数据进行对比。结果表明,变刚度调平设计能缩短荷载传递路径,实现抗力与荷载的局部平衡,有效降低基础的差异沉降。观测数据与分析结果基本一致。对于上部荷载大且不均匀分布的重型设备基础,变刚度调平设计理念仍然具有适用性。
With the progress of China's industrial technology and development of manufacturing ability,there are more and more industrial equipment with large load,complex process,high requirements for working conditions,and meanwhile the higher requirements are put forward for foundation stability and differential settlement control. The variable stiffness leveling design theory was used to systematically analyze and calculate a heavy equipment foundation in soft soil area from the aspects of pile type selection,pile placement and numerical calculation of settlement,and the results were compared with the field settlement observation data. The results show that the variable stiffness leveling design can shorten the load transmission path,realize the local balance of resistance and load,and effectively reduce the differential settlement of the foundation. The observed data are basically consistent with the analysis results. For heavy equipment foundation with upper large load and uneven distribution of upper large load,variable stiffness leveling design concept still have applicability.
