摘要
研究旨在检测不同肉鸡群体中鱼腥味基因FMO3关键位点c.984 A>T基因型分布情况,为后续开展鱼腥味基因与鸡肉品质研究提供参考。试验群体包括8个地方品种、2个引进品种和2个专门化品系,采用PCR-RFLP和测序方法进行检测。结果表明:麻黄鸡、惠阳胡须鸡和各专门化品系均无TT基因型个体,且惠阳胡须鸡个体全部为AA基因型(非鱼腥味易感基因型);TT基因型个体在不同地方品种的频率由高到低依次为丝羽乌骨鸡(39.66%)、文昌鸡(18.95%)、清远麻鸡(11.11%)、霞烟鸡(10.84%)、广西三黄鸡(7.04%)和杏花鸡(4.55%);TT型个体在引进品种隐性白为5.26%、Ross308为1.67%。由此可见,除丝羽乌骨鸡和文昌鸡外,其他品种中鱼腥味综合征易感个体(TT基因型)频率均不高。
The objective of this study was to detect the distribution of c.984 A〉T mutation of flavin-containing mono-oxygenase 3 (FM03)in different broiler breeds, which could provide reference for fishy taint gene and meat quality research. The c.984 A〉T genotype of FM03 in 8 kinds of Chinese local chicken breeds, 2 kinds of foreign chicken breeds and 2 kinds of specialized strains, were detected by PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing method. The results showed that Mahuang chicken, Huiyang bearded chicken and 2 kinds of specialized strains only had AA genotype (un-fishy taint susceptible genotype). Frequencies of TT genotype (fishy taint susceptible genotype)were detected in 6 kinds of Chinese local breeds, and the frequency in Silkies, Wenehang chicken, Qingyuan chicken, Xiayan chicken, Guangxi yellow chicken and Xinghua chicken were 39.66%, 18.95%, 11.11%, 10.84%, 7.04% and 4.55% respectively.Frequencies of TT genotype in Recessive white chicken and Ross308 chicken were 5.26% and 1.67%. It's concluded that the frequencies of fishy taint genotype in Chinese local chicken breeds were generally low except Silkies and Wenchang chicken.
