蛋鸡福利是当前及今后各国蛋鸡养殖中不可或缺的一环,2012年欧盟正式对蛋鸡养殖实施了更高标准的福利养殖措施及评价要求,这一措施积极影响了蛋鸡养殖的发展和贸易关系。为了更好地提升我国蛋鸡养殖福利质量及其产品品质,迫切需要了解蛋鸡养殖中存在的制约福利质量的因素,并就其涉及的评价方法进行相应综述,以期为我国蛋鸡养殖福利评价标准制定奠定更为扎实的理论探讨基础。

The welfare of laying hens is an indispensable part of the current and future breeding of laying hens. In 2012, European Union formally implemented a higher standard for breeding measures and evaluation requirements for laying hens, which positively affected the development and trade relations of laying hens. In this regard, in order to better improve the poultry welfare and product quality of the poultry in China, it＇s urgently need to understand the factors that restrict the quality of the welfare of laying hens, and make a corresponding review on evaluation methods involved, which could lay a solid theoretical foundation for welfare evaluation standard of laying hens in China.
