摘要
针对春风油田排601区块边底水入侵、油井含水上升日益严重及现有堵剂适用性差等问题,合成和研制了一种耐温120℃,抗矿化度22×10~4mg/L的新型硅盐树脂体系。室内实验评价了硅盐树脂体系的黏度、耐冲刷性、热稳定性,实验结果表明:堵剂具有良好的注入性能,对油水两相具有很好的选择性,偏向堵水不堵油,具有良好的耐水冲刷性能。采用多孔介质模型进行了堵剂驱替模拟实验,实验结果表明:堵剂封堵性能较好,质量分数为5%即可以满足2μm^2油藏封堵要求;耐冲刷,注水冲刷50 PV后仍然维持相当压力;堵剂具有优异的油水选择性,堵水率>80%,堵油率<20%。在春风油田排601块开展了7口热采水平井的堵水施工,矿场试验表明:7口井均在不同程度上见到了效果,综合含水率下降,累计增油8 443.9 t,施工效果明显。硅盐树脂体系为热采水平井堵水提供了一种新选择,为同类型油藏堵水矿场实践提供了依据。
A new type of the silicon salt resin system with the temperature and salt resistances was composed and developed in Block P601 of Chunfeng Oilfield in the light of the following problems: edge and bottom water encroachment/breakthrough,increasing serious watercut rise of the oil producers,poorer applicability of the existing plugging agent and so forth. The viscosity,erosion resistance and thermal stability were evaluated by the indoor tests. The test results show that the injected performances of the plugging agent are much better,the oil and water selectivity is pretty favorite,the water can be pronely plugged while the oil is just on the contrary,and moreover the performance of the water-resistant flush is also much better. With the help of the porous media model,the simula-ting test results of the plugging agent displacement show that the plug performances of the plugging agent are much better,5% mass fraction can meet the requirements of the shutoff in the oil reservoir with 2 000×10^(-3)μm^2; the agent possesses a certain flush resistance,after flushed 50 PV by the injected water,much higher pressure is still maintained; the plugging agent possesses much better oil and water selectivity,the water shutoff rate can reach more than 80%,the oil blocking rate can less than 20%. Seven thermal-production horizontal wells were carried out in Block P601 of Chunfeng Oilfield. The field test shows that a certain effects were achieved in varying degrees for the seven wells,the comprehensive watercut was decreased,the cumulative oil was 8 443. 9 t,the construction effects were obvious. The silicate resin system has provided a new choice for the water plugging of the thermal-recovery horizontal wells and furthermore presented the evidences for the field practice of the water plugging in the same type of the oil reservoir.
