超声波提取桑叶中1-DNJ的响应曲面法优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了探索超声法对桑叶中1-DNJ(1-脱氧野尻霉素)进行提取的最佳方案,利用超声波取技术,依次用响应面法考查料液比、提取温度、提取时间以及超声功率对桑叶中1-DNJ提取率的影响,优选出桑叶1-DNJ(1-脱氧野尻霉素)在使用超声法提取装置时提取的最佳工艺。结果显示:响应面法的最佳提取条件为:液料比1∶21.98、提取温度52.11℃、时间34.89min、超声功率75w,预期的1-DNJ得率0.743%。 The best extraction of 1-DNJ (1-deoxynojirimycin) in mulberry leaves by ultrasonic method was discussed including the extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic power. The extraction process was optimized by the ultrasound. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were : the ratio of liquid to material was 1 : 21.98, the extraction temperature was 52.11 ℃, the time was 34.89min, the ultrasonic power was 75w, and the expected 1-DNJ yield was 0.743%.
