摘要 为了研究氧化石墨烯对矿渣粉磨及水泥混凝土性能的影响,本文采用氧化石墨烯、丙三醇、三乙醇胺做助磨剂,通过测量矿渣粉体休止角、细度、颗粒分布研究对矿渣粉磨的影响;通过测试水泥强度、标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性研究对矿渣水泥性能的影响;通过测试混凝土塌落度、28 d强度、抗侵蚀系数研究对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:与传统助磨剂三乙醇胺、丙三醇相比,氧化石墨烯同样具有类似的助磨效果,并提高了矿渣水泥和混凝土的28 d强度,与空白样相比,矿渣水泥强度和混凝土28 d抗压强度分别提高10%和5.8%,混凝土的流动性和抗侵蚀性也有一定程度的提高,混凝土试块的抗OH-侵蚀系数和抗SO42-侵蚀系数分别为0.976和0.973。 In order to research graphene oxide on slag grinding process and properties of cement concrete, the graphene oxide, triethanolamine and glycerol alkane sulfonate group were chosen as grinding aids in this paper. The effects of different organic group on slag grinding process were studied by measuring the specific surface area, sieve, angle of repose and particle distribution of slag powder. The effects of different organic matter on slag cement were studied by measuring cement strength, water requirement of normal consistency, setting time and stability of cement. By testing the concrete slump, 28d strength, erosion resistance coefficient of concrete to analyze influence on the performance of concrete. The results showed that graphene oxide also has similar grinding effect compared with the traditional grinding aids and it could improve the 28d strength of slag cement and concrete, compared with the blank sample, the strength of slag cement and concrete increased by 10% and 5.8% respectively. Graphene oxide increased the fluidity and corrosion resistance of concrete. The OH^- erosion resistance coefficient and SO4^2- erosion resistance coefficient of concrete blocks were 0.976 and 0.973 respectively.
